It’s been a tough week for me. Lots of stress and frustration.
One thing that lifts my spirits without fail is to dress up a little. You’ve heard of “fake it ’til you make it”? Well there are studies that prove that smiling and physically expressing happiness can actually chemically “persuade” your central nervous system and pituitary gland to release endorphins and thereby elevate your mood.
I have a theory that dressing your best can also lift your mood.
I am delighted and honored to partner with Pocket Chief to present one small way to lift your spirits.
Pocket Chief’s vision is to unite a brotherhood of individuals; the trailblazers, fire-starters and future pioneers.
In their own words…
Pocket Chief represents a modern generation of men striving towards what they believe in: a true gentleman with a warrior’s spirit. The Indian chief ‘s headdress is formed from the feathers he has collected, feathers earned for brave and fearless acts. However the most prestigious of these were of the golden eagles, the masters of the sky. Pocket Chief’s are the modern man’s golden feathers. They represent his courage and his confidence, his style and his wisdom, his power and his freedom.
They are a reminder of past conquests; and a talisman to empower future ones, above all else a symbol of the unique brotherhood you are a part of.
If that’s not some instant feel good inspiration then I don’t know what is.
Check out Pocket Chief and let me know what little ways you have to lift your spirits.
