Well heading into the Thanksgiving holiday, I wanted to show you a quick little trick to make a citrus twist. These little garnishes will add some professional grade spiffiness to your drinks. So when Uncle Bill asks you to make him a cocktail while your Thanksgiving meal is being prepared, throw one of these in and you’re certain to impress.
It’s as easy as cutting a slice of citrus, running your knife around the fruit and removing it. Then take the skin and simply twist it in your fingers. Since it came from a spherical fruit, it will naturally curl in on itself and give you a snazzy little garnish.
